Yoga Offerings
Whether you are a seasoned yogi seeking to hone a particular skill or are just beginning to explore the yoga asana practice, my classes are designed to offer mindful movements and insight into how our bodies get in and out of these shapes safely. Together we will curate and explore different types of movement practices preparing the body for either life long mobility, specialized postures, or both!
Currently, I am offering both private and group classes. They are available virtually over Zoom or in person if you live locally to Central Austin.
